Hi there, my name is Ardyth.

I am a married women with two school aged sons. 

 

I help moms with ADHD and autoimmune diseases who are raising kids with ADHD. so that as moms they can feel calmer, happier, and have more energy to have fun and enjoy their lives. 

​

I know what it's like personally to live with ADHD as well as an autoimmune disease, and I am raising a neurodivergent child as I have a neurodivergent son who has ADHD who is gifted in his visual and spatial skills and also struggles to read and write.  I know how challenging it can be mentally and physically when you don't have strategies in place that work for your lifestyle, or you are unsure what to do to help out your child emotionally, socially, and academically.
